Each year, DMSE gives its graduating students  a cast bronze medallion of the MIT seal. These medallions are entirely prepared, cast and finished by students in the DMSE Foundry using the lost wax/investment casting process. All are welcome to help, and no experience is necessary.

Please join us in 4-006 from 3 to 5 pm every Wednesday until graduation to help out with this process. Please remember to wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and clothes that you don't mind potentially ruining by getting covered in wax.
