The Taşan group at MIT will host a full-day workshop titled “Sustainability through alloy design: challenges and opportunities” in the Chipman Room, 6-104, on 12.01.17 from 8:30am - 4:30pm. This focused workshop aims to identify the most important sustainability challenges and opportunities for each key metallic material, and discuss corresponding scientific research  questions and current findings in a Gordon Conference style meeting.
